Achmea

Achmea MZR Proquestor is a Proquestor implementation built to manage all informal care files for Achmea. This workflow management system steers the life cycle of Achmea clients’ informal care files.

Stachanov also provides technical and functional support, as well as hosting on the co-location euNetworks.

In the project phase, Stachanov was responsible for design, advise, implementation and creation of the hosting environment on and of MZR Proquestor for Achmea.

This informal care management system is comprised of the following strong points:

• web-based

• workflow based directed

• open standards

• facilitation of 1,000 users at any given time

• conversion completed with tailored-to-work tools

• automatic time keeping, enabling automatic invoicing

• tailored-to-fit report tools

• Dutch Personal Data Privacy Act  requirements and clauses are integrated from the Stachanov ISMS

• pseudo-escrow solution.
